Eating this way felt good. Nice, unhasty meal, full of enjoyment. Although I consider myself a quite slow eater, I noteiced that, whe I got lost in my thoughts,  I had a tendency to start eating faster and swallow improperly chewed food. I didn’t taste anything new in the food but the meal felt tastier when I started to think of, where it came from an all the people, who had done something to deliver this meal to me. It would be good to eat minfully more often. If we thought more about what we eat, we would choose our meals and products more carefully, think more about the quality and origin of food. I also think that there would be less overeating and less stomach problems, and finally we would feel healthier and happier.
