I usually try to eat in a slow way, so this activity was not that challenging for me. I had a small salad and as written in the instructions, I tried to think of the processes before this food came to my table. Since I bought it from a local market, I thought about the nice person who sold it to me - I think he grows the cabbage himself. Of course, the oil and the salt come from producers I don't know much about, though. When I was chewing the salad, I did not experience any weird sensations as the activity says. But it was enjoyable still, I was pretty calm during the chewing and swallowing. No heaviness after either. Good meal, overall.

It was similar to me - nice, nourishing meal. I also consider myself a quite slow eater but at one point of meal i was surprised to catch myself wishing to hurry a little bit.
